Our company embraces flexibility with adaptable working hours, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the studio. Our dedicated team members also enjoy 25 days of annual leave, along with winter break and statutory holidays. As an added perk, all employees receive Duvet Days annually for short-notice breaks and can accumulate an extra Duvet Day for each year of service, up to a maximum of five.

The perfect place to make the best games, Leamington is vibrant and diverse, awash with history, close to some of the UK’s most celebrated countryside. We’re honoured and thrilled to be working on one of the most beloved RPG series of all time, taking players back to the incredible land of Albion and forging a new beginning for the legendary Fable franchise. At the heart of Fable lies a question: What does it mean to be a Hero? In the fairytale land of Albion that we’re recreating, that’s entirely up to the player. With a dark threat looming, their choices will change the world forever.

In a great location
Nestled in the idyllic town of Leamington Spa, Playground Games is home to three world-class studios. In our original HQ, we continue to grow and support the huge, vibrant Horizon community. In our other two studios on the other side of town, we’re excited to be developing Fable, a new beginning for the legendary RPG franchise.
