The women at Xbox Game Studios UK are excited to share the first in the series of “Conversations with Women of Xbox UK”.

Together with colleagues from Rare and Ninja Theory, we’ve set up a new group aimed at celebrating the women who work in gaming and encouraging new talent to come and find a home with us in the games industry.

Today, we’re really excited to share the first in a series of digital roundtable videos from this new group, Women of Xbox UK. These panel-style discussions, presented to you by women from a variety of disciplines across our UK Xbox studios, aim to inform about and discuss topics that are close to our hearts – but also, we hope, provide insight into our industry and inspiration for developers and future developers everywhere.

Our first conversation is with Melissa, Chloe, Rebecca, Alice, Kamila and Elinor, who will be discussing and sharing their perspective on how to get into games.
